Ajax have received no offers for Premier League target Maarten Stekelenburg - agent

The Netherlands international is continually being linked with a move abroad, but his representative has revealed that there has not been any contact with foreign clubs

Rob Jansen, the agent of Ajax goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg, has downplayed the rumours linking his client with a move abroad in the summer transfer window.

The Netherlands international has been linked with clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester United, Juventus and AC Milan in the past few months, but there has not been any dialogue with interested parties yet.

Jansen was quoted as saying by calciomercato.it: "There's nothing going on at the moment. There hasn't been any contact with Italian teams or with other foreign teams. With no team at all.

"Whether he prefers to move to a foreign league? I can't confirm anything at the moment. There's still the possibility that he'll sign a contract extension with Ajax, too."

The 28-year-old's current contract with Ajax runs until the summer of 2012, but the Amsterdam side are widely expected to cash in on him this summer.
